Lynchburg City Council appoints Interim City Manager

LYNCHBURG, VA - After the disastrous appointment then resignation of Former Warren County Administrator Doug Stanley as the City Manager of Lynchburg, City Council has chosen to appoint a familiar face to be the top executive of the Hill City. Deputy City Manager Reid Wodicka has been appointed to the position of Interim City Manager, and will continue to lead Lynchburg until a permanent appointment to the position is made.
